01 · Services

One partner, end to end

Analysis, architecture, development, release and maintenance all sit with the same team. No middlemen, no split responsibility.

01

Custom mobile apps

iOS and Android applications drawn around how your organization actually works. Design, store release, analytics setup and release management from a single hand.

02

Enterprise applications

Web and desktop applications carrying your business processes — ERP, CRM, field operations, dealer and stock management — integrated with the systems you already run.

03

Web & e-commerce

From a corporate site to a membership system, a B2C store to a B2B sales portal — web platforms ready to launch with payment, shipping and accounting integrations.

04

Integration & automation

We make your systems talk to each other and automate the work done by hand: API development, data migration, reporting and RPA.

05

Software consulting

Architecture review of your existing software, technology selection, team setup and a digitalization roadmap. We measure before deciding, and report what we measured.

06

Maintenance & support

We stay after delivery: SLA-bound support, regular release and security updates, 24/7 monitoring and performance reports.

02 · Industry solutions

Software that speaks your industry

Every industry has its own regulations, integrations and acceptance criteria. In the areas below we do not have to learn those details from scratch.

Logistics & transport

Shipment planning, vehicle and fleet tracking, a driver mobile app, courier integrations and proof-of-delivery flows.

Fleet tracking Dispatch Courier API

Manufacturing & industry

Production tracking, work order and shift management, maintenance planning, quality control forms and machine data collection.

MES Work orders Maintenance

Retail & e-commerce

B2B and B2C sales channels, stock and price synchronization, payment and shipping integration, loyalty and campaign mechanics.

B2B portal Inventory Payments

Healthcare

Appointment and patient flow, in-clinic operation screens, patient communication and a GDPR-compliant data retention scheme.

03 · Case studies

Measured outcomes, not stories

We keep measuring after delivery. Below are three engagements: where they started, what we built and what we measured.

Logistics

Getting dispatch planning out of Excel

Problem
The daily dispatch plan lived in three separate spreadsheets maintained by hand, and vehicle utilization was only visible at the end of the day.
Solution
Planning screen, driver mobile app and courier integration were merged into one panel, and proof of delivery started being captured with photos.
38% Less time spent planning
4 h/day Operations time recovered
Manufacturing

Digitalizing work orders and maintenance

Problem
Work orders ran on paper forms, and because downtime reasons were never recorded, no maintenance plan could be built.
Solution
A tablet-based work order and downtime logging app was rolled out, and machine data was collected automatically into a weekly downtime report.
26% Less unplanned downtime
1 day Reporting lag: from a week to a day
Retail

B2B dealer portal and stock synchronization

Problem
Dealers ordered by phone and email, and because stock data was stale, the share of orders that could not be fulfilled was high.
Solution
A portal where each dealer sees their own pricing and credit limit was launched, with ERP stock and price synchronization brought down to the minute.
61% Of orders now placed via the portal
73% Fewer unfulfillable orders

Figures are measured the same way before and after delivery; the measurement method is written into each project’s acceptance list.

04 · How we work

Four steps, no surprises

Every step has an output, an approval point and a date. You should not have to call us to find out where we are.

01

Discovery & analysis

We listen on site, map your processes, and bind scope and budget to a written specification.

02

Design & prototype

You see the screens and flows as a prototype first; no code is written before your approval.

03

Development & testing

Two-week sprints, a working release at the end of each one, and automated tests throughout.

04

Handover & support

Delivery with acceptance tests, handover training and documentation; then the SLA-bound maintenance period begins.

05 · Guarantees & SLA

The six clauses we put in the contract

These are not marketing lines — they are commitments attached to the contract.

The source code is yours

All rights pass to you on delivery. The repository, documentation and handover training are part of the delivery.

Fixed-price option

For a scope settled in a specification we quote a fixed price. As long as the scope holds, so does the invoice.

Weekly progress report

Every week you get what was done, what is left and the open risks in writing. The backlog is open to you too.

Committed response times

Every severity level in the maintenance contract has a written first-response and intervention time.

24/7 monitoring

Live systems are monitored for outages, error rates and response times; the alert reaches us before you notice.

No lock-in

Infrastructure stays in your accounts and the architecture is built on standard tools. You can hand the project to another team whenever you want.

Maintenance contract — response times

Severity Example First response Target resolution
Critical System fully unreachable, or a risk of data loss 1 hour Workaround the same business day
High A core workflow is broken with no alternative 4 hours 1 business day
Normal A defect exists but the work can continue another way 1 business day In the next planned release

Times apply within business hours; a separate level is defined for organizations that need 24/7 coverage.

06 · Technology

Chosen for your conditions, not for fashion

We pick tools your own team can take over — long-lived, well supported. The reasoning behind the choice is handed over in writing as well.

Mobile

Swift Kotlin Flutter React Native

Backend

.NET Java Node.js Python PHP / Laravel

Web

React Vue TypeScript Next.js

Data & Cloud

PostgreSQL MSSQL Redis Azure AWS Docker

08 · Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about custom software development

How long does custom software development take?

It depends on scope. A single-platform mobile app or a focused enterprise module typically takes 8–12 weeks; an integrated ERP or a multi-role platform takes 4–9 months. After the discovery meeting we bind the timeline and milestones to a written specification.

How is the cost of custom software determined?

You pick one of two models: fixed scope at a fixed price, or time and materials. Fixed price requires the scope to be settled in a specification; where uncertainty is high, time and materials usually costs less. The discovery call and the first estimate are free.

Will we own the source code?

Yes. All rights to the source code pass to you on delivery; the repository, documentation and handover training are part of the delivery. We do not build a dependency that forces you to keep working with us.

Do you provide maintenance and support after delivery?

Yes. We offer an SLA-bound maintenance contract: written response times per severity level, regular releases and security updates, 24/7 monitoring and a monthly performance report.

Will it integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. Integration with ERP, accounting, e-commerce, shipping and payment systems is a standard part of the work. For legacy systems without an API we bridge via data transfer or RPA.

Which industries and company sizes do you work with?

From SMEs to holdings, startups to public institutions. We have delivered projects in logistics, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, finance and the public sector.

Can our own team take part in the project?

Yes. A mixed team is a common model: your developers work in the same repository on the same sprint rhythm. In those projects handover training is spread across the whole engagement rather than left to the end.
